COMMUNITY SERVICE IN SILLANATHAM VILLAGE (09.08.2019)

    



      The Department of Zoology in association with DCW Ltd Sahupuram adopted Sillanatham Village, near Ottapidaram to do Community Service. As per MoE with DCW Ltd Sahupuram, Rs. 4000/- were received in addition to our college equal share to carry the program effectively.



The main objective of the program is to completely eradicate and uprooted the shrub vegetation Prosopis juliflora, which is present enormously on the inlets and outlets of a pond about 5 kilometres distance in Sillanatham Village to store water.
